CAHS Philosophy

CAHS Cleaning Co., Inc, provides cleaning services for home and workspaces. Our methods are strictly, "DUST, WIPE, VACUUM, MOP". We don't do more nor less. We try to keep our services simple and sustainable for our employees and the company. Our services is rendered in a scheduled manner for a minimum of 4 hours and a maximum of 8 hours a day, typically booked on a certain week, for a series of months.

This is an idea that came about when we first tried to hire a cleaner. The procedures were usually long and tedious in getting a schedule for cleaning. We would also stumble across many kinds of price structuring and some mind boggling scientific calculations to come up with a simple quotation. We even came across quotations based on stair counts and size of hallways. We found them amazing! Even better, we had quotation given to us based on numbers of furnitures and dustbins. While others had sorcery skill level of guesstimating the square footage of the house and most of the time, if not almost all the time, we would hear "it depends". Every question would usually be answered by, "it depends". Frustrating as it sounds, it all came very clear to us, just how difficult it was for us to agree to a service that always had so many factors in the service. Thus, giving birth to CAHS Cleaning Co., Inc. to serve the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, Canada.
